Who we are

Secondo (secondoclub.com) is an international real estate brand and consultancy. Questions about this policy, or any request about your data, reach a person at hello@secondoclub.com.

What we collect, and why

• Enquiries — when you submit a form (an enquiry, an intake, interest in a home, a request for access) we store the details you give us: name, email, optionally a phone number, and your message — solely to respond and to manage the conversation you asked for. We store these only with your consent, given by the checkbox on each form.
• Signed agreements — if you sign a confidentiality agreement, we keep the signed record (including the signing time and network address) as evidence of the agreement itself.
• Analytics — we measure site usage with privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (aggregate page views and events, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles).

Who we share it with

If you enquire about a specific listed home, your enquiry (name and contact details) is passed to the listing agency so they can respond — each listing form says so beside its consent box. Beyond that, only the service providers who run our infrastructure touch your data on our behalf: secure cloud hosting and database, email delivery, and analytics. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then removed. Signed agreements are kept for the life of the agreement. Server logs are kept free of personal details by design.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@secondoclub.com and we'll act on it promptly. If you are in the EU or UK, these are your GDPR rights and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
